Youth for Christ History
Youth for Christ (YFC) works together with other like-minded partners to help young people make good choices, establish a solid foundation for life, and positively impact the world around them. We are committed to empowering the children, youth, and families of our community by providing faith-based services that enhance their emotional, spiritual, physical, and educational well-being through our educational and outreach programs.
Since 1944, YFC has had a distinctive history of youth outreach with the mission of positively impacting young people everywhere by working together with the local community.
Youth for Christ (YFC FTL) provides free educational and outreach programs that are inclusive and accessible to all children and youth throughout Broward County. Through its programs, YFC FTL seeks to provide an environment for positive youth development, thereby enabling these students to reach their full potential in life. There are three programs under the umbrella of YFC FTL: Campus Life, Cloud Life and Juvenile Justice Outreach.
YFC FTL programs effectively engage children and youth of all ages and all social, religious, cultural, and economic backgrounds.
